The Wendy House has a low staff turnover record which
gives our children stability and continuity of care.
Staff are caring, committed and interested in the
welfare of your child. All staff are police checked and
registered with Ofsted. Every member of staff has
training in Child Protection and First Aid/Epipen.
Training is ongoing at The Wendy House and we encourage
all staff to train further. Most staff are qualified, or
in the the process of becoming qualified, to NVQ Level 2
or above.
